We were tasked with taking the historic Herbal House printworks from shell and core to create a 37,000 sq ft headquarters for Moonpig and Photobox Group.
The 26-week project encompassed comprehensive fit-out works to transform the raw space, requiring careful consideration of the building's heritage while creating a modern workspace that would serve as a creative hub for both brands.
Herbal House, with its rich history as a printworks, provided the perfect backdrop for their vision of a collaborative headquarters. The project aimed to honour the building's industrial heritage while transforming the shell and core space into an agile environment that would foster creativity and innovation.
The project delivered an extensive transformation that celebrated the building's original features while introducing contemporary workspace solutions. The open-plan layout was specifically designed to encourage collaboration between both brands, with flexible spaces supporting agile working practices. Each area was thoughtfully planned to balance the historic industrial character with modern office requirements.
