Multiskilled Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment across multiple buildings
• Responding to reactive maintenance requests for M&E systems and plumbing
• Working directly with clients to provide face-to-face support
• Collaborating with the facilities helpdesk team
• Following service level agreements and prioritizing workload effectively
• Participating in an out-of-hours on-call rota

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in a relevant technical field
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience
• Sound understanding of building systems and maintenance
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working to service level agreements
• Willingness to travel between London sites
• IT literate with experience using CAFM systems (desirable)
