Ascot Racecourse

Refurbishment of the ground floor of their Queen Anne building in the racecourse.  Full design & build of an entire floor space with an extensive strip out of existing back to core, the space then fully fitted to the agreed design, with a large kitchen breakout area, a changing area for staff on race days, open plan office space with meeting rooms, quiet and focus rooms and areas for collating and sending of tickets for Royal Ascot.  Incorporation and development of elegant graphics & finishes working with existing branding.
